How to get started easily

Frequently asked questions about the Kviktest app

The Kviktest app is our application for Android and IOS, which we recommend that you download and use in our test centres for easier registration upon arrival.

Set up a profile in the app using NemID. After creating a profile, you do not have to show your health card when registering in our test centres. You will simply be given the QR card which you can then scan yourself, using the Kviktest app.

Please be aware that you cannot use our Kviktest App without a Danish CPR number and NemID. You can also register your children (aged 2-17) in the Kviktest app. See ‘Can I add my child in the app?’
Yes, you register your personal data in the app beforehand, using your NemID. Subsequently, simply log into the app when you arrive at the rapid test centre, and scan the QR card given to you by our test personnel. This means that you will not have to provide sensitive personal data as it will now be stored in the app every time you go for a test. The data that you register in the app will only be stored on your own mobile phone.

As has been the case until now, you receive a text message with a link to your test result, 30-60 minutes after completing the test.

Here, you can also download a COVID-19 certificate as a PDF file, showing your test result. If the result is negative, you can use the COVID-19 certificate as a Corona passport.

Your test result will also appear in the Coronapas app.
When you register your data in this app, you accept the privacy policy of Copenhagen Medical A/S as well as the transfer of your test results to the MiBa database at Statens Serum Institut. From here, the data is passed to Sundhed.dk, which is run by the Danish Regions, the Danish Ministry of Health and Local Government Denmark (KL). This is done through an encrypted link.

If your COVID-19 test result is positive, you also accept that Copenhagen Medical A/S can contact the infection tracing unit in accordance with the national COVID-19 guidelines.

Copenhagen Medical collects and manages your personal data in accordance with the rules of the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act.

Yes, it is possible to add your child if have your own profile in the app. Children from the age of 2 can have a rapid antigen test. Read more below about the options for adding children in the Kviktest app.
  • It is possible to set up a user profile for one or more children aged 2-17 on the parents’ or guardian’s phone, in the Kviktest app. In this case, the parents or guardian must be present when the child is tested in the test centre.
  • The parents or guardian can set up a user profile for children from the ages of 12 up to and including 14, on the child’s own phone. See how in the video above. In this case, the child can turn up in the test centre on their own once the consent has been transferred to the child’s own phone. Both the child and the parents or guardian will receive text messages.
  • In cases where the child does not have their own NemID, the parents or guardian can set up a user profile for children from the ages of 15 up to and including 17, on the child’s own phone. See how in the video above. The child can then turn up in the test centre on their own once the consent has been transferred to the child’s own phone. Both the child and the parents or guardian will receive text messages.
  • Parents may let a child, aged 15-17 and with NemID, set up their own user profile on their own phone. In this case, only the child will receive the text message.

Yes. If you no longer wish to be tested through the Copenhagen Medical A/S Kviktest app, you can delete your profile by simply uninstalling the app. This will delete the information we store about you in relation to future rapid antigen tests. You will always be able to register again. As we are required to keep medical records, we cannot delete test results that have already been stored.
Yes, you can have a rapid test just as before without the app. The app is merely a service which will make your visit to the test centre easier and faster.
