Copenhagen Medical A/S (CPHMED) is the developer and owner of the mobile app “Kviktest”.
This app has been developed to offer you an easy, safe and quick journey through:
- a CPHMED COVID-19 test centre
- a Danish school, e.g., high school or university, which has decided to use CPHMED’s services and the Kviktest App
- a COVID-19 test at a corporate company or institution, which employs CPHMED to undertake a rapid COVID-19 test
If your COVID-19 test result is positive you accept that CPHMED contacts Styrelsen for Patientsikkerhed in accordance with the national guidelines on COVID-19.
Which information does the app use?
Data that the user enters when creating a user profile.
Personal data is stored in an encrypted format on the mobile device and complies with all GDPR regulations and national legislation.
The Kviktest App uses a pin-code/fingerprint and/or facial recognition for local authorisation when entering a registered user profile.
In case the user of the Kviktest App wants to add more users to the app, e.g., a child, the user accepts that this option is valid for all users created in the Kviktest App.
Above mentioned information is not passed on to any third party and solely collected and used in accordance with the requirements issued by the authorities concerning COVID-19 tests.
The Kviktest App needs access to the mobile device’s camera to scan a QR code used for the COVID-19 test.
The QR code is used to connect the person tested and the test device, which shows the test result. This process allows the person tested to leave the test centre right after the swab test, i.e. without having to wait for the test result, which is accessible online after approx. 30 minutes via a link in a SMS.
Data from a test is submitted to the authorities within an hour after completion of the test. CPHMED is not responsible for the authorities’ management of data after the data has been transferred.
By using the Kviktest App log data and information are gathered by third parties from your mobile device. Data can include: type of device, operating system, IP address and configuration and version of the Kviktest App. The data is collected to improve the system and for statistical purposes.
The Kviktest App uses session cookies. These cookies are temporary and close down once you complete your session ends.
