Covid-19 vaccine Johnson & Johnson

COMING SOON

Covid-19 vaccine (coming soon)

In our health centres, we vaccinate using the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine. The vaccine from Johnson & Johnson was approved by the European Medicines Agency (EMA), but was taken out of the official Danish vaccine programme because it can cause rare, but severe cases of blood clots.

For additional info, see: https://www.sst.dk/da/corona/COVID-19-vacciner-i-Danmark/Johnson-Johnson

As the vast majority of Danes have already been vaccinated for free, using either the BioNTech or Moderna vaccine, the Johnson & Johnson vaccine is primarily intended for foreigners and seafarers who receive the vaccination at sea.
